Shift Manager
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assume responsibility for the day to day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Oversee the training of all employees
  • Provide leadership and team building for the staff
  • Investigate and resolve food quality issues and service issues
  • Create and maintain the staff schedule
  • Discipline staff appropriately according to policies and procedures
  • Weekly food inventory of the restaurant
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and health and safety.
